About The Project:

In this project we aim to learn how to use energy resources efficiently at schools, homes and work. At first our students will recognize energy resources. Then they will work on different ways to save energy.

Also they will raise awareness on climate change. They will study on how to prevent climate change by preserving energy resources.

We are planning to use Web 2.0 tools while preparing our materials. So our students will develop their ability to use Web 2.0 tools.

We will meet and work with people from different countries in this project. With the help of this our partners and students will improve their language skills. And they will have a chance to be with other cultures and be part of e-Twinning world.

Aims:

Students will be able to recognize types of energy resources.

Students will be able to use energy resources efficiently.

Students will be able to learn different ways to save energy.

Students will be able to raise awareness on climate change.

Students will be able to learn how to prevent climate change by saving energy.

Students will be able to develop their ability to use Web 2.0 tools.

Students will be able to meet and work with people from different countries.

Students will be able to improve their language skills.

Students will be able to be part of e-Twinning community.

Working Process:

First of all we meet each other and introduce our project to the students. We will share responsibilities among partners. We will decide on activities, materials and Web 2.0 tools together and organize teachers and students webinars twice a month. We will divide our subject into three; energy resources, saving energy, preventing climate change. Our project will last three months.

Expected Results:

At the end of the project our students will be able to recognize energy resources, how to use them efficiently and how to prevent climate change by saving energy. Also they will be able to improve their language and Web 2.0 skills. They will have opportunity to be part of a common work that they can express themselves and meet with other cultures.
